T2 Software LLC is the data controller for personal information processed through this Site.

Information we collect

This Site is a static informational website. We keep the data we collect to a minimum.

• No account, form, or tracking data. The Site has no sign-up, no contact form, and no advertising. We do not use cookies, we do not run analytics, and we do not build advertising or behavioural profiles. Our hosting provider offers an optional cookieless analytics beacon; the Site’s Content-Security-Policy prevents it from loading, so no analytics data about you is collected.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical request data — IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, and browser user agent. These logs exist to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults.
• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

How we use information

• To operate, secure, and maintain the Site.
• To respond to your enquiries and to correspond with you about a possible or existing engagement.
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
